About Us
Surviving in Scrubs is a UK based campaign dedicated to raising awareness of sexism, sexual harassment, and sexual assault within the healthcare workforce. The campaign was founded in 2022 by two survivors of sexual violence NHS doctors Becky Cox and Chelcie Jewitt. Through our platform, we share anonymous survivor stories to highlight the scale and impact of these issues, while advocating for cultural and systemic change across healthcare organisations. By amplifying voices that have often been silenced, we raise the survivor experience and are dedicated to creating a healthcare workplace where everyone feels safe at work.
